Our private lending option is exactly what you might think. You are lending us capital that we in turn use to fund one of our projects for a short period of time. Generally, 3 to 6 months at a time.

As compensation for lending us your money you can expect to receive a predetermined fixed return regardless of how the project is doing and you’ll know exactly when you’ll receive both your initial investment and your profits.
